At Mindful Relationships Therapy, I provide a safe space for you to notice your feelings, thoughts, emotions and sensations with love and curiosity.
I sincerely believe that there are reasons behind our presenting emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Sometimes, we get stuck in patterns that might have been helpful for us at some point in our lives, but are not so helpful for us now. These patterns sometimes keep us stuck and prevent us from relating to ourselves and others in satisfying ways. Through mindfulness-based practices, I'll accompany you towards becoming mindful of unhelpful patterns and having greater compassion for yourself and others!
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
