Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

I approach therapy as an active and collaborative process that supports you to connect with your desires. Together, we untangle social and emotional knots. We ask honest questions and embrace new possibilities. Over time, we attend to the roots of struggles to bring about meaningful change.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy because they're feeling overwhelmed or stuck in repeating patterns. You may want support with the impact of loss, oppression, or trauma. You may have questions related to gender, sex, and sexuality. I have extensive experience working within LGBTQ+ communities and enjoy working with anyone who wishes to explore the parts of your experience that can be difficult to put into words or categories.
