David Rachman
The time in college and early adulthood are often defined by intense transitions. I’m David Rachman, and I specialize in supporting you through the "messy" parts of life—from anxiety and depression to addiction and trauma. I offer a space where you can be completely yourself, without fear of judgment.
My work is integrative, meaning I use a mix of "brain-based" science (from my Master’s in Neuroscience) and "heart-based" social work. I use tools like IFS (Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, and somatic work to help you understand your patterns and process your past. I’m big on meeting you where you are—whether that’s through a harm-reduction lens or a focus on total abstinence. I often bring humor and creative techniques into our sessions to keep things grounded and real.
If you're ready to build a better connection with yourself and others, let's talk!
