However, at times you feel overwhelmed with pressured expectations of society or your immediate circle- you feel deeply saddened behind closed doors-sometimes anxious & just need someone outside of your circle to share these hindering feelings. These challenges don’t have to define you, we can help you define them & heal through it… I look forward to meeting you & joining you on this journey of wellness towards happiness! I offer various forms of clinical interventions that focus on the client’s needs while individualizing his/her/their treatment plan.
