Last Updated 30+ days ago

My Goal is to provide a space that feels warm, non-judgmental and more importantly helpful. I work with adults, teens, and children who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I believe that navigating these experiences feels better when we get to work through them with someone else. I offer Talk Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help resolve conflict, improve communication, and work to resolve trauma.
