College and early adulthood can be exciting while also overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting. If you’re feeling like life is harder than it should be, you’re not broken, and you’re definitely not alone.
I work with students and young adults who feel stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. Maybe you're juggling school, relationships, family expectations, or trying to figure out who you even are while everything keeps changing. You might be questioning your values, your identity, or what you actually believe apart from what you've been taught or expected to be. It can feel disorienting to outgrow old parts of yourself without knowing what comes next. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, or just a sense of “what am I even doing?,” we can work through it together.
Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about creating space to be real, reflect, and grow. If you’re in a time of transition, it’s okay to not have all the answers. I’m here to support you in finding balance, connection, and a stronger sense of yourself in the middle of all the change.
If this resonates with you, please reach out. I offer a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see if it feels like a good fit. You don’t have to navigate this season alone.
