Hello, I'm Jarbriel. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across all age groups, from young children to the elderly. My experience spans various settings including medical hospitals, psychiatric facilities, outpatient treatment, courtrooms, and classrooms. Throughout my career, I have supported clients dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress management, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, and client-centered. I believe that each client has a unique voice, and it is my goal to help you find and strengthen yours. In our sessions, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to tailor a path of healing and well-being that aligns with your individual goals.

I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My specialties include working with depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, PTSD, stress, ADHD, and anxiety. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.

Taking the first step toward creating the life you desire takes great courage and strength. If you are ready to embark on this journey, I am here to empower, support, and guide you every step of the way. Together, we can develop a personalized plan that fosters healing and well-being.

I look forward to working with you!
