Everyone deserves to live a life filled with pleasure, purpose, and meaning. Sometimes, we struggle with the inevitable difficulties of life and feel anxious, down, or stuck. I enjoy helping clients engage in self-exploration so they can stop struggling and start living the life they want to live. My specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with college students, student-athletes, and young adults.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, incorporating cognitive-behavioral, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches. I utilize warmth and authenticity to create a safe, non-judgmental environment. Emphasizing total well being, I help clients to examine the connection between mental and physical health and to build adaptive coping skills to live healthier lives.

I also provide career counseling for those who are confused about their career path, having difficulty selecting a college major, or who feel unfulfilled in their jobs. Applying evidenced-based assessments and career development theory, this time-limited service provides insight into fitting careers based on one's interests, values, personality style, and skills.
