Hello, I'm Laura. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with families, individuals, and groups to help them navigate life's challenges. I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Insomnia, as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine concern for your well-being. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where we work together to identify, cope with, and manage your situations.

Engaging in therapy can be daunting, but my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, or adjusting to a new way of life, I am here to help. I also specialize in anger management, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, military and veteran support, PTSD, stress, and trauma.

I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches, including Integrative Couples Therapy, to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. My therapy style is designed to engage you fully, fostering a space where meaningful conversations can lead to real change.

Let's work together to enhance your ability to navigate life's challenges. Feel free to reach out, and let's see how things can change for you.
