Do you find yourself feeling anxious in relationships and in social settings? Have you been feeling more overwhelmed, worried, exhausted, angry, and/or depressed? Do you noticed you are getting easily irritated or upset? Do you feel like you do not fit in anywhere? Do you feel like you are being silenced? I can guide you in developing healthy coping skills to navigate through it and empower you to create positive and meaningful changes in your life. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. In this space, you can talk, process, and make sense of anything that comes up for you. You are welcomed to laugh, cry, and scream.

As a second-generation, bilingual, Vietnamese American, and oldest daughter of immigrant parents, I have witnessed the challenges and experiences of navigating cultural nuances. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Roger Williams University and my Master of Social Work from Boston University. I have worked in multiple healthcare settings.

As a trauma survivor, I understand how brave one must be to dive into therapy and begin the journey of healing. My hope for you, through our work, is to feel stronger, more hopeful, more self-assured, more empowered, more appreciated, and in control of your life. You matter. You are important. You deserve to have a peaceful, fulfilling, and happy life.
