Maria Lambrinoudis - Lauren Ricciardi's Group Practice

Maria's approach to therapy is one that incorporates techniques from several modalities, while also using warmth, humor, and mindfulness. Maria's goal as a clinician is to provide encouragement, empowerment, and a safe place for her clients as they navigate through difficult times.

Maria has experience working with a wide range of clients of various ages, mental health challenges, and cultural backgrounds. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Some of her experience includes providing guidance and intervention to those who are undergoing difficult life transitions, anxiety, stress, and depression. Additionally, Maria also has experience in helping individuals who struggle with communication issues, showing themselves compassion, and interpersonal relationships.
