Do you feel stuck in an exhausting cycle of trying to feel more in control of your life?
Maybe you are tired of feeling like the friend who gives more than you get back. Or maybe you are constantly chasing perfection and still finding new flaws to criticize. These patterns can take a toll and often show up as anxiety, disordered eating, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself. If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone, and there is a way forward.
I’m Nicole, a therapist with training in both mental health and nutrition. I take a holistic and practical approach that helps students understand what fuels these patterns and build the tools needed to break them. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you work toward self-acceptance, balance, and a life that feels less overwhelming.
In our work together, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you can be honest without fear of judgment. You do not have to be “all in” right away. I meet you exactly where you are and help you take steps that feel doable and meaningful.
If you want to feel more grounded, more confident, and more at peace in your body and your life, I am here to help you get there. Recovery is possible, and you do not have to take the journey alone.
