I help adventure athletes and nature sports enthusiasts of all levels overcome critical loss so they can live and perform at their best. Critical loss includes any change in your life that pushes you beyond your ability to cope with it in healthy ways. Your loss may be related to injury or diagnosis, a significant relationship, a move, a change in career, dream, or primary role, or any other change that hits hard. Navigating loss is not a natural skill. It requires learned, applied skills to do well and to recover in a way that doesn't lead to compensatory injuries down the line.

I specialize in treating complex trauma and have over 10 years of clinical experience helping clients navigate life's most difficult circumstances. I teach clients the skills they need to overcome loss with meaning and purpose.

I show up to sessions with warmth, authenticity, and humor (when appropriate). In our work together, I want you to feel understood, supported, and challenged. Together, we'll assess where you are now and where you want to go. We'll set specific, realistic, task-oriented objectives that align with your values and long-term goals.
