Point Allerton Therapy
Hi!
Are you worried, concerned, stressed about school? Is it having an impact on your life? Is adjusting to being away from home for the first time a lot? Are you having a hard time with impending graduation and knowing what to do afterward?
Are you looking for someone who can listen to you, create an environment where you can talk about things that are hard in your life, and is able to support you?
I do a lot of work with anxiety and PTSD, body acceptance and liberation, life changes and adjustments, queer communities, people in higher education, and support people in relationship and communication challenges of all kinds.
I offer a free thirty minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and if I can be helpful to you.
I am currently being credentialed with Blue Cross and Harvard Pilgrim, but the process is not complete yet.
My current fees for individual therapy is $200 a session. In the meantime, I can provide superbills, which are a way to recoup part or all of what you pay me through your insurance company.
Please check out my website for much more information about me and how I work. I look forward to hearing from you!
