Welcome! My name is Priya. I am a therapist in training dedicated to improving the lives of others. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, personal growth, or self-love I’m here to help you develop the resilience you need to thrive.

I believe that every day we can wake up and choose to be different. I hope to guide, support, nurture, and take this journey with you. Therapy is close and personal, I believe that all clients deserve an authentic connection with their therapist. As a team, we may explore root causes, coping mechanisms, and factors of resilience.

My Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Wellness has taught me to view people holistically and dynamically. As an integrative practitioner, I aim to do just that. By mastering multiple modalities including, but not limited to, dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy I can honor your goals, individuality, and needs.

With this opportunity, I hope to facilitate healing for you and for all. As we give back, we give to each other, and thus unto the world.

Priya is a therapist in training at Sol Health. Sol health is a digital health startup that offers $30 therapy to Gen Zs by connecting them with therapists in training accruing clinical hours.
