I have a collaborative approach to therapy, using principles of self-compassion, cognitive reframing, identity exploration, and mindfulness throughout my work.

In therapy, we will work towards self-awareness, create concrete action steps for emotional, cognitive, and behavioral change, and reduce the power of the internal critic.

I have worked for over 9 years in college counseling. I have specialized in trauma-informed care, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBQIA+, nonbinary, and first gen.

I have also worked closely with the Tufts University Asian American Center, collaborating on programming and training to reduce the stigma associated with accessing mental health support.
