I specialize in working with high-functioning adult trauma survivors navigating life transitions, relationship dynamics, marriage, and family challenges. Using CBT, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, I help patients process trauma, reconstruct meaning, address current relational patterns, and explore mental health concerns within the context of their lived experiences. The therapeutic relationship I build with patients can help them reclaim their stories, understand relationship patterns, build stronger connections, and move through life with more clarity and resilience.

I believe therapy works best when it's real and relational. I'm present, authentic, and genuinely interested in understanding you and your story. My hope for you is that you feel safe and comfortable in sharing the most intimate details of your life with me as a mental health professional, but also as a fellow human being.

I take a humanistic approach in my work, always keeping in mind that patients who sit before me in sessions are so much more than a diagnosis or notes on a page. I want you to know that you can come exactly as you are and be accepted.
