I understand how heavy life can feel at times. Through my own struggles navigating issues with mental health, I’ve learned the value of compassion, resilience, and having a safe space to be heard. This perspective led me to my career as a therapist, where I could use my personal experience to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment so patients can explore their struggles, discover new strengths, and build tools for healing and growth.
