It can be hard to seek help and know that someone is there to support and connect with you. I see you as the expert on your own life and hope to help guide you on a more peaceful path. I use mindfulness based cognitive therapy, EMDR, parts work, and narrative therapy to help you learn techniques to better meet your own needs.
