Looking for a calm, non judgmental, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, make sense of your experiences, and grow into the life you want to live? I have over 15 years experience helping people heal from anxiety, traumatic memories, mood disorders, and addictive patterns. Like the willow tree—strong, flexible, and deeply rooted—I strive to help people navigate life’s changes with resilience, clarity, and compassion. I offer online therapy in Texas and Oregon for individuals, couples, adults, and teenagers. I look forward to meeting with you and answering any questions you have. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness based approaches. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a mindful, person-centered presence, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported in exploring deeper questions of meaning and purpose. I work with individuals across the lifespan whether it is stepping into adulthood through college, embracing the journey of parenthood, caregiving for family member, or adjusting to other new life stages and identities. In addition to this I have specialized training and experience working with active and former military, and LGBTQA populations.

I offer a warm, relational style of therapy. My primary goal is to learn what has happened to you and how it affects your life now. I believe you can gain personal insight, a different perspective, and make changes to improve your life. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma - single incident to complex childhood trauma, substance use issues, consensual non-monogamy, addictions, and gender exploration. EMDR and IFS are used to reduce symptoms and build your inner strength. I use other modalities to help you develop tools to soothe your system and empower yourself. We are going on this journey together and anything that happens in therapy is only with consent of both parties. Therapy can be fast or slow, you determine the pace.

I provide a holistic, strengths based, and non-pathologizing approach to wellness. I am a compassionate listener and active participant in helping people realize self-compassion and acceptance so they can heal past wounds and make changes in their lives that allow them to fully realize who they are at their core. Through use of sensorimotor/somatic therapy, EMDR and IFS (you can read more about these on my website), I help people learn to listen to their bodies and their internal wisdom so they can make choices that are in line with their values and hold themselves with more confidence and ease. While I work with all kinds of concerns, I specialize in helping individuals and their partners, who are having difficulty with intimacy due to a history of sexual abuse. I also honor and celebrate diversity and create a safe and affirming place for people who identify as LGBT, genderqueer or questioning and for people who are non-monogamous. So many of us have experienced physical and emotional traumas that have created barriers for us to live the lives we are meant to. I offer EMDR sessions to help people resolve those past experiences so memories are no longer held in the body in the same distressing way and they are free to feel safe again and enjoy more security in their relationships.

Hello! I work with a focus helping women and college students who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and questions about identity, direction, and self worth. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their next steps, and are looking for a space where they can slow down, reflect, and feel supported while figuring things out. Clients often seek therapy to work through anxiety, sadness, self esteem challenges, relationship concerns, friendship or roommate difficulties, adjusting to college life, family stress, questions about purpose or direction, and experiences of loss or trauma. I approach therapy from a compassionate and validating perspective. My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively as a team as we explore patterns, insights, and possibilities for change. We can start small and move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on what progress means to you and what you hope to gain from the therapy process. Because each person's experience is different, therapy is always tailored to your unique needs. My work integrates several therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and relational perspectives. Together we may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, including how past experiences and relational/family dynamics can shape the way we see ourselves and interact with others. I also incorporate narrative and mindfulness-based practices to help clients develop greater self-awareness and create more compassionate and empowering ways of understanding their experiences. In therapy, I often help people identify their strengths and internal resources while reconnecting with themselves and their sense of purpose. Over time, many clients find they are better able to navigate challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. The process takes time and often involves learning, reflection, exploration, and sometimes trial and error, but you won't be doing it alone. One of the things I love most about my work is celebrating the wins and "aha" moments while also providing support during the more difficult times. I value curiosity, encouragement, and creating a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves. Many people spend a lot of time alone with their their thoughts or emotions-or trying to avoid them altogether. Therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, step back from the noise of everyday life, and tune into your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of another attuned caring person. Growth is rarely linear or quick, but meaningful change often happens through patience, reflection, and intention. My office is a calm and welcoming space with beautiful natural light, enjoyable views, and a complimentary tea bar. My style is relaxed, warm and human. I aim to balance professionalism with authenticity, and I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable enough to show up as themselves. My office is located approximately two miles from the University of Oregon, with nearby parking, bike racks, and bus routes. The office is located up a few flights of stairs. I also offer telehealth sessions. If you're curious about whether we might be a good fit, I'd be happy to connect and talk more about what you're hoping for from therapy.

What do you do when what everyone calls "the best years of your life' just aren't?? The transition from home to college is an exciting one, but one that brings with it many new experiences...leaving home (sometimes for the first time), living more independently, meeting a whole world of new people, and learning more about yourself...your strengths and weaknesses. As a college student you often face adversities such as a lack of stability, increased social and pressures, and a strong push towards academic hyper-achievement. Together with familial and social (media) pressure college students often experience changes in sleep, eating and energy patterns, irritability, a loss of interest in activities previously enjoyed, and substance abuse. Knowing when you need support, and taking the initiative to actually get that help is an important first step in figuring things out. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, homesickness, finding your people or just trying to figure yourself out I hope that I can help.

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I don't take myself too seriously. The work? Absolutely. But I've found that people open up more when the clinic doesn't feel like a courtroom. I see patients of al ages dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, hormone issues, and weight. If you're dragging through your days, can't focus, can't sleep, or just feel like something's been off for a while, that's exactly the stuff I work with. I'm direct. I'll tell you what I'm seeing and what I think we should do about it. But I'm also not here to lecture you or make you feel like a case study. You're a person, not a diagnosis. I want to know what's actually going on in your life, not just what boxes you check on an intake form. Also, I'm told I'm funny. Results may vary.

I believe that a trusting relationship with you is of the utmost importance. During our time together I will work to create an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance so you feel free sharing and exploring whatever is troubling you. My approach is a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive integration of attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive therapy which emphasizes (1) trusting the client as an expert of their own reality, (2) exploring the patterns through which we come to understand ourselves, others, and the world, and (3) seeking meaningful emotional experiences in a safe therapeutic relationship. I will work to build a supportive, trusting, and safe relationship with you so you can bravely identify and confront the challenges you're facing. Counseling can seem like a daunting task to take on, but it also be incredibly rewarding and life-changing. If this sounds like a journey you would like to begin, then please contact me!

The demands of life, as well as ever growing expectations, can cause us to feel disconnected from ourselves, our dreams and the people around us. And as we move through life we can experience challenges that may prompt change, but we may not feel prepared for these challenges. This can cause us to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about how to navigate our future, but these challenges can also be opportunities for growth that can be discovered with the help of a therapist.

My work is to walk with people in liberatory practices that allow us to return home to ourselves, our communities, and our place in this world. I aim to embody an orientation toward collective liberation. The mental health industry is deeply influenced by white supremacy, capitalism, and colonialism. As a white, queer, gender-resistant, liberation-oriented therapist, I aim to disrupt and dismantle those oppressive systems as they exist within me and in the larger society. I incorporate decolonial, abolitionist, and transformative justice frameworks into our work as we meet one-on-one or in many relational configurations. In addressing the overwhelming effects of systemic inequities and intergenerational traumas, our work together explores how oppressions and intergenerational traumas factor into one’s lived experiences and understandings. This includes the ways that these experiences manifest in our lives as anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns we carry.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like something just isn’t right inside—even if you can’t explain why? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a trauma therapist who understands what it’s like to feel broken, lost, or stuck after going through tough experiences—whether that’s childhood trauma, bullying, abuse, or just the weight of everyday pressure and expectations. I’ve been there myself, and I know healing is absolutely possible. If you’re struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, PTSD, or even feeling disconnected from who you really are, I offer a safe space to unpack what’s going on—and begin to heal. I specialize in helping students like you who are trying to balance life, emotions, school, relationships, and maybe even past pain that hasn’t been fully processed yet. My approach is focused on helping you get results, not just vent. We’ll explore what matters to you—your values, goals, strengths—and figure out how to start building the life you want. I also offer energy healing and spiritual guidance if you’re open to deeper, more holistic support (but only if that resonates with you—this space is always about you, not my agenda). If you’re ready to feel supported, heard, and guided toward real change, I’m here. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to take that first step.
