Rob is passionate about supporting adults in the Black and African American community and works from a culturally sensitive, client-centered perspective. He primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also offers EMDR for clients processing trauma. Rob believes that while we can’t always change our circumstances, we can shift our mindset—and in doing so, transform our lives. He has extensive experience helping clients navigate social injustices, identity challenges, family issues, and life transitions, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to process, heal, and grow.
