I uniquely and compassionately use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and behavioral therapy to help you make the changes you want in your life. Together we’ll use a solution-focused approach in a safe, non-judgmental space to create your goals and to support you in accomplishing them!
Anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma have held you back too long. You want to thrive, to feel like life is moving in a positive direction, that you have a purpose and that you’re no longer cycling through patterns that have only caused you more pain. You’re tired of feeling like you are going around in circles, feeling “stuck” but you're not exactly sure why. Maybe you can’t remember the last time you weren’t feeling anxious, exhausted, or doubting yourself. You’re curious about what a life full of intention, joy, and peace could be like but aren’t sure how to get there. I hear you; it’s time for a change. Clients come to me for compassionate, nonjudgmental support. With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, we’ll uncover your strengths and shift your life/relationships in ways that feel more authentic. You can feel safe to explore the areas in your life that could be better, and I’ll help you develop the mindfulness, awareness and skills you need to get there. As a therapist specializing in trauma modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I’ll help you feel secure enough to explore the root of any suffering, and capable enough to find the freedom that awaits you on the other side.
Hello! I'm Erika (they/them/theirs), and I am passionate about helping adults with ADHD move from feeling stuck, ashamed, and discouraged, to curious and engaged with life. I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), ADHD Coaching, and embodied creative practices (rooted in my training as a Dance/Movement Therapist), based on the needs of each client. These tools help us to untangle deeply rooted patterns, and build systems that you enjoy and that help you succeed. Additionally, I love supporting people who are neurodivergent and exploring or struggling with their gender identity or sexuality.

Hi my name is Brandee Silverman I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Relationship Revive Therapy. I specialize in attachment-based therapy for college students and young adults. I currently have early morning, late evening and weekends available to accommodate the busy schedule of college life. Please feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation with me to see if we might be a good fit!
I'm so proud of you. Navigating the work stressors and life transitions on a daily basis. Also, you worry what others may be thinking about your ability to show up and push through. After all, you’re the “strong one”. It can be exhausting. My goal is to journey with you to learn the skills to break the patterns that keep you stuck. You don’t have to face your stressors alone.
I have enjoyed working in the mental health and behavioral health fields for over 12 years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychological and Social Science from The Pennsylvania State University and my Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. I began my career working in behavioral health where I obtained my License as a Behavior Specialist working with children and families in both behavior modification and play therapy techniques for treatment of mood-related disorders, ADHD, and Autism. Additionally, I obtained my License as a Professional Counselor while working in outpatient therapy settings and I became recognized as a National Certified Counselor using cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction to provide treatment for issues relating to trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and adjustment with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
I believe that having an objective person listen to your story opens the door for validation, reflection, and change. I believe my job as a counselor is to listen, notice patterns, and help you reach the goals you set for yourself. I use an eclectic blend of modalities to center the people I work with in their own narratives, and help them move forward in ways that benefit them the most. I also have a lot of experience working with athletes, as I was a coach for 10 years before becoming a counselor. Please visit my website to see more about my coaching experience and work with athletes on performance and wellness. I enjoy being a generalized clinician, as I focus a lot on validation, control, and purpose in my practice. I find this can help each person, no matter what they are facing, to find a more positive path forward.
As a psychologist, a father, a husband, a runner, a first Gulf War era Army officer and a former country manager of an American business in Russia, I bring a varied and eclectic style to my work. Trained in marital, family and child therapy, I have worked with clients from childhood into retirement and enjoy the diversity of seeing people at all stages of their lives and development. My goal is to maximize happiness and reduce anxiety and the impediments to truly enjoying your life. To do so, I am happy to see individuals, couples or families, and look forward to seeing you!
I'm excited you're here! Therapeutic relationships can be an incredibly powerful resource for accessing your truth, increasing self-love, and healing through connection. My aim as a therapist is to foster a safe, nonjudgmental space that supports clients in divesting from narratives of self-pathology, rewriting their stories in empowering ways, and in feeling more grounded and more joyful in their daily lives. My practice is rooted in a social justice frame and a belief that symptoms are most often related to the trauma of lived experiences of oppression and discrimination, not due to internal failing. I work with clients who need help managing anxiety, exploring identity, managing life transitions, managing symptoms of trauma, and undoing internalized white supremacy. I offer a politicized lens and believe in the connection between relational healing and collective liberation. I intend for therapy to be an affirming, healing and celebratory space. For those pursuing gender affirming surgeries or HRT, I'm happy to provide letters for your insurance/surgeon. I identify as White, queer, trans, nonbinary, fat, and neurodiverse (ADHD). As of August 2025, I have availability for virtual clients. Please feel free to reach out - I’d love to chat about potentially working together!

There’s a lot of things for you to worry about, but I hope therapy doesn’t have to be one of them. I want to offer a space where you can work through anxiety and worries in real time with a real person who listens, understands, and helps you sort through the noise. I’m not going to sit there and hand you advice you didn’t ask for. We’ll figure things out together. What’s behind the anxiety, how is it messing with your life, and what might actually help? The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling a little more in control, a little more like yourself. Life’s too short to feel stuck in your own head all the time. I want to help you get out into the world. To help you connect with people who actually make you feel good and to give you a chance to discover what is really important to you. With extensive experience working with people in their 20s and 30s, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to support you through whatever life throws your way. Feel free to give me a call or email to discuss a consultation/scheduling. Or visit my website to learn more about what I have to offer.
