"Do you want to simply "survive" in life, or do you want to "thrive" in life? Unfortunately many of us are simply surviving. We offer services to those who need to heal from: depression, anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, trauma, and grief and loss. My commitment is to work with individuals by helping them live to their fullest potential by way of providing support, encouragement and empowerment. Hi, I’m Tori — a therapist, theatre-maker, sourdough enthusiast, and firm believer that we’re all just doing our best to make sense of being human. My work is for anyone who’s ever thought, “Am I the drama?” — and then realized, maybe, a little. I love working with women, queer folks, and anyone who doesn’t quite fit into the neat boxes the world tends to hand out. My special heart-space is for college-aged and younger women trying to navigate identity, independence, relationships, and the wild, weird in-between of figuring it all out. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the theatre — helping people tell their stories, find their voices, and sit in the beautiful chaos of being seen. That same creative spirit is what guides me in therapy. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and gently (or not-so-gently) challenge the stories that keep you stuck. My background is in trauma and crisis work, with training in CBT, narrative therapy, and evidence-based approaches — but the heart of my work is connection. I want you to feel like you can show up as your whole self here — messy, brilliant, funny, heartbroken, healing, or all of the above. When I’m not in session, I’m usually baking bread, playing with my dogs, or daydreaming about planting too many flowers in my (slightly shady) backyard garden. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being found.

How are you doing with the dystopia? I'm Cori, and with me, therapy starts by acknowledging that we are living in the dark ages. But my clients are heroic. They're intrepid. They're wise. They are struggling to make meaning and survive in a harsh and terrifying era. Most of us feel pretty powerless. I try to offer a brand of queer Buddhist wizardry that helps people break generational curses, find the power they DO have, and create community that sustains them. I offer many evidence based approaches to therapy, especially those that help us change our relationship with ourselves, and changing our relationship with life and reality. Existential therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and narrative approaches are my bread-and-butter. I also work from a great deal of other experiences; as an activist, queer organizer, drag artist, social work professor, and a student of many wisdom traditions. I lived abroad in both Europe and Asia and know how alienating, frightening, and difficult it can be to adjust to a radically different culture. I studied tàijíquán and Daoist thought on Wǔdāng mountain in central China from 2010 to 2011, and have studied and practiced Buddhism since 2011 with various Tibetan, Bhutanese, and western Lamas.
Queer enough? Babe, you're overqualified. If you're questioning it, you probably already know the answer. Queerness isn't a checklist or a vibe check. You don't need a membership card, you are already in. Out of the entire LGBTQIA+ community, folks like bi, pan, genderfluid, and nonbinary people are often seen as "less queer" - yet we face the highest rates of gender/sex based anxiety and depression. The double-closet effect - feeling invisible to both straight and queer spaces - makes it harder to feel seen, heard, and valid. No matter the mental health symptom, for queer people, healing starts with feeling validated and affirmed. I help queer folks who struggle to feel like they belong (including in LGBTQIA+ spaces) embrace their identity, trust their "enoughness," find calm through adversity, and conquer life stress, relationship trauma, and anxiety. I'm here for your fluidity, your bisexuality (no matter the gender of your partner), your polyamory, your transness. Welcome home. Healing starts with being in a space where you don't have to explain or prove yourself. We don't have to focus exclusively on queerness in your sessions, but you will never have to wonder if it's accepted and understood. Whether stress, relationship trauma, or anxiety, we'll focus on what matters to you. When you're ready, I'm here.
Hi! I'm Noah Lessner (he/him). I have experience counseling teens and college students, guiding them through challenges such as trauma, relationship dynamics, gender and sexuality transitions, and academic pressures. My approach centers on helping clients embrace their unique identities while offering support in navigating potential diagnoses. Inspired by my own struggles growing up, I am passionate about helping others through tough times. My easygoing, empathetic nature allows me to connect with clients of all ages and creates a safe, welcoming space for healing. Understanding that change can be difficult and seeking help can feel daunting, I am committed to providing unwavering support throughout the therapeutic process. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address negative thought patterns, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation, and positive psychology to foster resilience and strength. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness techniques to promote self-soothing. My person-centered approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique goals, ensuring that therapy is aligned with what they want to achieve. I am dedicated to helping clients become the best version of themselves, offering compassionate guidance every step of the way.
My name is Nicole Grabowski and I am a holistic and intersectional therapist who approaches healing from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma-focused perspective. I strive to support you in understanding your resiliency, unburdening the struggles you carry, and navigating the barriers you encounter that prevent you from living the meaningful life you desire. I welcome and honor intersecting identities and experiences. Together, we will collaboratively work towards your goals and create a space for you to heal, grow, and bloom.
I'm Carly Stanton, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) offering virtual therapy for adults in Florida and Pennsylvania who've spent too long trying to fit into spaces that were never built for them. I work with outsiders, misfits, and people rebuilding — LGBTQ+ folks navigating identity and belonging, Jewish adults sorting through what their heritage actually means to them, highly sensitive people who are done apologizing for how they're wired, and anyone who's spent years being everything for everyone else and lost themselves in the process. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in ACT and attachment-based work. I'm not here to hand you coping tips. I'm here to help you figure out who you actually are underneath all the performing. Virtual only. Free 15-minute consultation.
We specialize in the treatment of Trauma/PTSD, alcohol/drug problems and co-occuring disorders. We also use evidence-based treatment to address anxiety, fears and phobias and other mental health problems.
Autism? Trauma? Feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like your nervous system is always “on”? You don’t need to know exactly what’s happening — or have the right words — to start therapy. I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who blends humor, curiosity, and evidence-based care to support adults navigating Autism, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship stress. I most often work with autistic adults (late-diagnosed or self-identified) and people impacted by chronic stress or trauma, using EMDR, IFS, and other neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities to suit your specific needs. Whether we're reshaping thoughts, nurturing emotional strength, or exploring a series of alternative methods, I'll customize sessions for your growth and well-being. It's truly an honor to be by your side as we navigate the diverse path of life. I am here to help!
